Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our main Design Studio in our Pilsen HQ and Prentice. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, an understanding of floral arrangements in a fast-paced environment. As a Floral Designer, you will play a vital role in creating beautiful floral displays for various occasions

Job Responsibilities

Duties

• Design and create floral arrangements with high quality for all occasions (sympathy, birthday, corporate, weddings, etc.)
• Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Follow established pricing and procedures with our operation
• Meet our hourly production goals
• Understand all orders and work collaboratively with the design manager to resolve any questions for your orders
• Assist customers with inquiries and orders in person and over the phone
• Manage and process cut flowers/plants for your orders
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Other duties as required to assist with our operations

Skills

• Proficiency in floral design techniques and an understanding of flower care.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A passion for creativity and an eye for detail in floral arrangements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in floral design; knowledge of horticulture is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Saturday availability
• Must work overtime hours during busy floral seasons and holiday times. (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc...)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
