FLORIST (Hindi or Tagalog)

Designs, creates, and sells floral arrangements (bouquets, wreaths, centerpieces) for events and retail, while managing inventory, ordering stock, and providing customer service. They must maintain plant health, assist customers with selections for various occasions, and maintain a clean shop, often working in floral shops, supermarkets, or event design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Floral Design: Designing and creating custom, artistic arrangements for weddings, funerals, holidays, and everyday occasions.
• Inventory & Care: Selecting, purchasing, and prepping flowers, including trimming stems, feeding, and maintaining proper hydration for longevity.
• Customer Service: Advising clients on flower choices, taking orders via phone, in-person, or online, and providing care instructions.
• Shop Maintenance: Cleaning the workspace, arranging displays, and ensuring a presentable, welcoming store.
• Logistics: Handling, packing, and coordinating the delivery of arrangements to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
