We are a busy entrepreneurial family in Boerne looking for a warm, dependable, proactive Family Assistant/Nanny to support our household and help care for our three children (ages 12, 10, and 7).This is a long-term part-time position for someone who is highly organized, flexible, trustworthy, and comfortable in a fast-paced household environment.Responsibilities may include:<ul><li>School pickups/drop-offs and driving to activities</li><li>Helping maintain household organization and resets</li><li>Kids&rsquo; laundry and tidying children&rsquo;s spaces</li><li>Meal/snack prep for kids</li><li>Running occasional errands</li><li>Unboxing/breaking down boxes &amp; steaming clothing items</li><li>Helping keep schedules and routines running smoothly</li><li>Supervising children after school and during occasional evenings</li><li>Assisting during busy work periods and travel</li><li>Light household support (not deep cleaning)</li></ul>We are looking for someone who:<ul><li>Has previous nanny, household assistant, or childcare experience</li><li>Is reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure</li><li>Loves children and enjoys being part of a family team</li><li>Has a clean driving record</li><li>Is comfortable with pets (no allergy to cats)</li><li>Values discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality</li><li>Can adapt to changing schedules when needed</li></ul>Ideal Schedule:Part-time with flexible hours. Most needs will be weekday afternoons with occasional evenings or additional support during busy seasons.
