PART-TIME FAMILY ASSISTANT / NANNY Boerne, TX

We are a busy entrepreneurial family in Boerne looking for a warm, dependable, proactive Family Assistant/Nanny to support our household and help care for our three children (ages 12, 10, and 7).

This is a long-term part-time position for someone who is highly organized, flexible, trustworthy, and comfortable in a fast-paced household environment.

Responsibilities may include:

• School pickups/drop-offs and driving to activities
• Helping maintain household organization and resets
• Kids’ laundry and tidying children’s spaces
• Meal/snack prep for kids
• Running occasional errands
• Unboxing/breaking down boxes & steaming clothing items
• Helping keep schedules and routines running smoothly
• Supervising children after school and during occasional evenings
• Assisting during busy work periods and travel
• Light household support (not deep cleaning)

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous nanny, household assistant, or childcare experience
• Is reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Loves children and enjoys being part of a family team
• Has a clean driving record
• Is comfortable with pets (no allergy to cats)
• Values discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Can adapt to changing schedules when needed

Ideal Schedule:

Part-time with flexible hours. Most needs will be weekday afternoons with occasional evenings or additional support during busy seasons. Will provide a schedule the week prior with flexibility for last minute commitments.
