Bring your passion for food industry excellence, enjoy a dynamic work environment, and help craft unforgettable dining moments for our guests every shift!Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu options, offering recommendations where appropriate to enhance their experience.</li><li>Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast, ensuring all details are correct for timely delivery.</li><li>Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.</li><li>Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately and appropriately , and maintain proper sanitation and food safety protocols.</li><li>Assist with general restaurant support when needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours.</li><li>Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow in the restaurant.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in food service or hospitality environments is highly valued, especially in fine dining settings.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast.</li><li>Experience with guest services, hosting, or food handling helps provide seamless service from arrival to departure.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math skills ensures accurate transactions and safe food handling.</li><li>Strong communication skills paired with excellent time management enable you to multitask effectively during peak hours.</li></ul>Why Join Us?We strive to create careers in hospitality; not just jobs.
