Role: Purchase Assistant (real estate industry) Education Qualification: BCom Experience: 5 to 15 yearsResponsibilities:<ul><li>Analyze and evaluate vendor quotations based on price, quality, and delivery time</li><li>Process purchase orders accurately and ensure completeness of information</li><li>Verify and cross-check purchase bills against agreed terms and conditions</li><li>Maintain up-to-date records by accurately entering purchase bill details</li><li>Validate vendor invoices by matching them with purchase orders</li><li>Organize and maintain a comprehensive quotation file for easy reference</li><li>Update and manage vendors' catalogs and brochures</li><li>Compile and submit monthly purchase aggregate reports to relevant departments</li><li>Maintain control and records of issued and received purchase orders</li><li>Prepare monthly material reports, highlighting inventory status and discrepancies</li><li>Track outstanding payments and prepare summaries for timely settlement</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.COM) or a related field</li><li>Minimum 5 to 15 years of experience in purchase management</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills</li><li>Strong analytical and negotiation skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Knowledge of industry-specific procurement practices and trends</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Kandivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Procurement: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
