Role: Purchase Assistant (real estate industry)
Education Qualification: BCom
Experience: 5 to 15 years

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate vendor quotations based on price, quality, and delivery time
  • Process purchase orders accurately and ensure completeness of information
  • Verify and cross-check purchase bills against agreed terms and conditions
  • Maintain up-to-date records by accurately entering purchase bill details
  • Validate vendor invoices by matching them with purchase orders
  • Organize and maintain a comprehensive quotation file for easy reference
  • Update and manage vendors' catalogs and brochures
  • Compile and submit monthly purchase aggregate reports to relevant departments
  • Maintain control and records of issued and received purchase orders
  • Prepare monthly material reports, highlighting inventory status and discrepancies
  • Track outstanding payments and prepare summaries for timely settlement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.COM) or a related field
  • Minimum 5 to 15 years of experience in purchase management
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry-specific procurement practices and trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kandivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
