Role: Purchase Assistant (real estate industry)
Education Qualification: BCom
Experience: 5 to 15 years
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate vendor quotations based on price, quality, and delivery time
- Process purchase orders accurately and ensure completeness of information
- Verify and cross-check purchase bills against agreed terms and conditions
- Maintain up-to-date records by accurately entering purchase bill details
- Validate vendor invoices by matching them with purchase orders
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive quotation file for easy reference
- Update and manage vendors' catalogs and brochures
- Compile and submit monthly purchase aggregate reports to relevant departments
- Maintain control and records of issued and received purchase orders
- Prepare monthly material reports, highlighting inventory status and discrepancies
- Track outstanding payments and prepare summaries for timely settlement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.COM) or a related field
- Minimum 5 to 15 years of experience in purchase management
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry-specific procurement practices and trends

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
