Job Summary:The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR functions of the manufacturing unit including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, training &amp; development, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices in a manufacturing setup and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Plan and execute recruitment drives for staff, technicians, and management roles.</li><li>Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and manage onboarding formalities.</li><li>Maintain manpower planning and ensure timely hiring as per production requirements.</li></ul>2. HR Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.</li><li>Maintain and update employee personal files, HRMS data, and records.</li><li>Handle employee grievance redressal and ensure a healthy work environment.</li></ul>3. Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with labour laws such as PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Minimum Wages, etc.</li><li>Coordinate with government authorities and auditors for HR-related inspections.</li><li>Maintain statutory registers and submit monthly/annual returns as required.</li></ul>4. Performance Management<ul><li>Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KRA/KPI).</li><li>Assist management in setting performance targets and conducting reviews.</li><li>Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.</li></ul>5. Employee Engagement &amp; Welfare<ul><li>Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.</li><li>Promote discipline, motivation, and teamwork among employees.</li><li>Conduct periodic communication meetings and feedback sessions.</li></ul>6. HR Policy &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Contribute to long-term HR strategies aligned with company objectives.</li><li>Advise management on organizational structure and change management.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances</li><li>Leadership and team management abilities</li><li>Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
