 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull;	Lead the end-to-end development of new food products and menu items.
 
 
 &bull;	Oversee recipe creation, testing, standardization, and documentation.
 
 
 &bull;	Develop and update the menu in alignment with brand identity and customer preferences.
 
 
 &bull;	Conduct product testing and sensory evaluation to ensure consistent quality.
 
 
 &bull;	Collaborate closely with kitchen, operations, procurement, and marketing teams.
 
 
 &bull;	Perform food costing, menu engineering, and profitability analysis.
 
 
 &bull;	Monitor market trends and competitive offerings to identify development opportunities.
 
 
 &bull;	Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, internal SOPs).
 
 
 &bull;	Support new concept development, seasonal items, and special product campaigns.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Saudi nationality
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of proven experience in food product development within the F&amp;B sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of menu development, food costing, and operational workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent project management and documentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sensory evaluation and flavor development capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and costing tool
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Experience in product development, menu creation, and food innovation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in market analysis, food cost management, and supplier negotiation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of food safety, quality control standards, and regulatory compliance.
 </li>

 Leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with the fast-food industry and regional culinary trends is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in project management and strategic planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant qualifications in Food &amp; Beverage Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
 </li>
