We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Operations Team. The role includes CSR and order processing.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.</li><li>Provide accurate product and order information to customers.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a professional tone.</li><li>Order booking through Shopify or relevant platforms</li><li>Generate and verify order slips for dispatch</li><li>Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve shipping or product issues.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Commerce, or any related field.</li><li>01&ndash;02 year of experience in, order processing and customer service of local brands.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with order management systems and logistics processes</li><li>Experience with platforms like Shopify/ASANA</li></ul>Location: Al-Hafeez Executive, Gulberg-III, Lahore Job Type: Full-time (On-site) Salary: 50K Timings: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)Please fill this form: https://lnkd.in/d-s9K4AM or share resume with subject line as position at hr@odaciousweb.comJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs50,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Our budget is 50K.
