Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Operations Team. The role includes CSR and order processing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
  • Provide accurate product and order information to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Order booking through Shopify or relevant platforms
  • Generate and verify order slips for dispatch
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve shipping or product issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or any related field.
  • 01–02 year of experience in, order processing and customer service of local brands.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with order management systems and logistics processes
  • Experience with platforms like Shopify/ASANA

Location: Al-Hafeez Executive, Gulberg-III, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: 50K
Timings: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
