The idealcandidate should possess excellent communication, computer, and coordination skills toensure the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day office operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Communication &amp; Front Desk Management<ul><li>Attend incoming calls, take messages, and direct them to the relevant person or</li></ul>department.<ul><li>Provide courteous and professional assistance to visitors, clients, and callers.</li><li>Maintain a detailed visitor log and ensure proper hospitality arrangements.</li></ul>2. Documentation &amp; Computer Operations<ul><li>Draft and prepare official letters, proposals, contracts, quotations, invoices, and bills.</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain structured Excel-based formats and databases.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and filing of both physical and digital records.</li><li>Maintain and update company documents, templates, and correspondence archives.</li></ul>3. Attendance &amp; Record Management<ul><li>Maintain staff attendance registers and leave records.</li><li>Keep accurate and updated files for office operations, bills, and administrative matters.</li><li>Record and manage all utility bills and ensure timely submission and payments.</li></ul>4. Accounting &amp; Expense Handling<ul><li>Maintain daily expense sheets, vouchers, and petty cash records.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly expense summaries and reconciliation reports.</li><li>Support the finance team in ensuring accurate and up-to-date accounting records.</li></ul>5. Scheduling &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal events.</li><li>Assist management with correspondence and coordination between departments.</li><li>Liaise with clients, vendors, suppliers, and service providers when required.6. Office &amp; Resource Management</li><li>Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement of stationery and</li></ul>consumables.<ul><li>Maintain an organized and professional office environment.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.</li></ul>7. Staff &amp; Vendor Support<ul><li>Supervise and assist support staff including drivers and field representatives.</li><li>Conduct basic procurement activities and vendor evaluations.</li><li>Support higher management in vendor communication and service follow-up.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Minimum Education: Intermediate or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (preferably in Commerce,</li></ul>Business Administration, or related field).<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.</li><li>Basic knowledge of accounting principles and expense tracking.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Professional appearance, punctuality, and discretion in handling confidential matters.</li></ul>Experience:1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred.Reporting To:Admin / HR / Operations DepartmentJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
