We are currently recruiting for a Digital Performance Partner to join our Consumer OTC team and help shape and execute Aspen's digital marketing approach in a fast-evolving, interconnected digital ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to expand your strategic experience and help drive digital transformation across a portfolio of well-known brands Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this pivotal role supports our Brand andNational Account Managers, collaborating across SEM, SEO, content, and website performance to drive meaningful engagement. You'll be the go-to expert for maximising digital/social campaign performance and content strategy - partnering closely with social and media agencies while driving continuous improvement through a test-and-learn mindset. We need someone who can see the big picture but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves - someone who can influence, guide, and lead across a range of internal and external stakeholders. What you'll do: <ul><li>Partner with Brand and National Account Managers to deliver and optimise the digital components of Brand and Customer Plans </li><li>Continuously optimise website performance and content to ensure a cohesive digital presence across all brands </li><li>Review and refine digital activity, guiding ongoing campaign optimisation </li><li>Direct and manage third-party digital and content creators to ensure alignment with strategy, timelines, and budgets </li><li>Maintain robust systems, processes, and approval workflows to ensure all digital content complies with Aspen's Corporate Digital Policy and professional standards </li><li>Provide thought leadership and insights into digital best practices across the OTC portfolio </li> </ul>What you'll bring: <ul><li>Strong experience (8+ yrs) in digital marketing or media, ideally within the FMCG or consumer sector, with a strong focus on brand and customer - gained client or agency side </li><li>Proven experience in SEO/SEM, content performance, and website optimisation </li><li>Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills </li><li>Experience in both strategy and hands-on campaign delivery </li><li>An analytical mindset with a solid grasp of digital metrics and tools </li><li>Tertiary qualifications in a Marketing or related field </li> </ul>Aspen Australia is a division of Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Limited.
