Senior Marketing Manager

 The Facade Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all fa&ccedil;ade works for a landmark luxury hotel project. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and close coordination with consultants, specialist subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure the fa&ccedil;ade meets the highest standards of aesthetics, performance, quality, safety, and schedule.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage fa&ccedil;ade scope from design development, procurement, and fabrication through installation, testing, and final handover
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with architects, fa&ccedil;ade consultants, and engineers to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and luxury brand standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead fa&ccedil;ade subcontractors and suppliers, including technical reviews, factory inspections, and site execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and performance testing (air, water, structural, thermal)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure fa&ccedil;ade works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to UCC Holding&rsquo;s quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve technical and interface challenges with structural, MEP, and architectural teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Report progress, risks, and cost status to project and senior management
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
 </li>
 <li>
 15+ years of experience in fa&ccedil;ade engineering/construction on luxury or iconic projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience working with a main contractor on complex fa&ccedil;ade packages
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of curtain wall, stone cladding, GFRC/GRC, aluminum, and glass systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
 </li>
