Senior Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Operations Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple projects.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Drive productivity improvements and optimize resource utilization.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for construction teams.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in construction project delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong background in large-scale building, infrastructure, or mixed-use development projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and project controls.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
