<ul><li>Administer intravenous (IV) medications, fluids, and blood products according to physician orders and established protocols.</li>
<li>Monitor patients during infusion therapy for adverse reactions and respond promptly to any complications.</li>
<li>Perform patient assessments, including vital signs and infusion site evaluations, before, during, and after treatment.</li>
<li>Educate patients and their families about infusion procedures, potential side effects, and post-infusion care.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of infusion treatments, patient responses, and nursing interventions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with infection control standards and safety protocols.</li>
<li>Maintain infusion equipment and supplies, ensuring proper function and availability.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in infusion therapy or related specialty.</li>
<li>Certification in infusion therapy (e.g., CRNI) is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of IV therapy, medication administration, and patient monitoring.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Work Environment</b></h2>
<p>This position is based in a clinical setting in Dallas, TX. The role may require standing for extended periods, frequent patient interaction, and adherence to strict safety and hygiene protocols.</p>
