Key Responsibilities:

• Process and submit medical claims accurately and timely using ECW software.
• Specialize in infusion billing, ensuring proper coding and documentation.
• Review and resolve claim denials and rejections.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth billing operations.
