Assisted Living of Spring Hill

Seeking a dependable, professional overnight caregiver to support our residents and maintain a safe, compliant environment during overnight hours. This position requires strict adherence to AHCA standards, accurate documentation, and a commitment to resident safety during overnight hours.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform scheduled resident safety checks and document accurately</li><li>Assist residents with nighttime needs, toileting, and mobility</li><li>Monitor for changes in condition and report promptly</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of common areas, resident rooms (as needed), and laundry</li><li>Follow all facility protocols, emergency procedures, and AHCA compliance requirements</li><li>Support morning preparation for shift change</li><li>Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and rights at all times</li></ul>Required Credentials<ul><li>Level II Background Screening </li><li>Current CPR Certification</li><li>Current Med Tech Certification </li><li>Reliable transportation and consistent attendance</li><li>Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout the shift</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li><li>Prior caregiving or assisted living experience preferred</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Supportive leadership and clear expectations</li><li>Stable overnight schedule</li><li>Professional, resident‑centered work environment</li><li>Opportunities for additional shifts when available</li></ul>If you meet the required credentials and are committed to providing high‑quality care, we encourage you to apply.attention to detail, consistent documentation, and adherence to all AHCA and facility policies.Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
