11pm–7am Caregiver-Med Tech

Seeking a dependable, professional overnight caregiver to support our residents and maintain a safe, compliant environment during overnight hours. This position requires strict adherence to AHCA standards, accurate documentation, and a commitment to resident safety during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled resident safety checks and document accurately
• Assist residents with nighttime needs, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor for changes in condition and report promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, resident rooms (as needed), and laundry
• Follow all facility protocols, emergency procedures, and AHCA compliance requirements
• Support morning preparation for shift change
• Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and rights at all times

Required Credentials

• Level II Background Screening
• Current CPR Certification
• Current Med Tech Certification
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout the shift
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Prior caregiving or assisted living experience preferred
