Nanny

Nanny Position – Dorado Beach

We are a family based in Dorado Beach seeking a reliable, warm, and energetic nanny to care for our two children (ages 2.5 and 4.5). We are looking for someone who will become a positive, consistent presence in our children’s lives and support an active, engaging daily routine.

Schedule & Flexibility

• Typical hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Flexibility is key; schedule may vary as needed

• Occasional weekends and evenings required (with time off provided during the week)

• Occasional overnight care when parents are traveling or attending events

• Must be available for domestic and international travel, including extended summer trips (1–2 months)

Duties & Responsibilities

• School drop-offs and pick-ups; coordinating activities

• Transporting children to activities and outings

• Engaging children in age-appropriate activities (park, pool, beach, arts & crafts, playtime)

• Preparing simple, healthy meals for the children

• Maintaining structure and consistency while keeping the children active and engaged

• Children’s laundry and light household organization related to the kids

• Tidying up after the children (toys, play areas, etc.)

• Ensuring children’s safety at all times

• Working as part of a team with parents and being willing to pitch in where needed

• Occasional help with small dogs, including letting them out into the fenced yard and feeding them when parents are out of town

Requirements

• Strong experience with toddlers and preschool-aged children (child development background preferred)

• Must be physically active and able to keep up with two young children

• Must be comfortable around small dogs

• Must be an excellent swimmer (pool and beach activities are part of daily life)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must be able to travel (passport required)

• Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask

• Flexible, team-oriented, and able to take initiative

• Warm, playful, upbeat personality with a genuine love for children

Additional Notes

You should be equally comfortable working alongside both parents and, when needed, taking full charge. Flexibility, teamwork, and a long-term mindset are important.

Compensation: Competitive and based on experience.
