Nanny Position &ndash; Dorado BeachWe are a family based in Dorado Beach seeking a reliable, warm, and energetic nanny to care for our two children (ages 2.5 and 4.5). We are looking for someone who will become a positive, consistent presence in our children&rsquo;s lives and support an active, engaging daily routine.⸻Schedule &amp; Flexibility<ul><li>Typical hours: 10:30 AM &ndash; 6:30 PM</li></ul><ul><li>Flexibility is key; schedule may vary as needed</li></ul><ul><li>Occasional weekends and evenings required (with time off provided during the week)</li></ul><ul><li>Occasional overnight care when parents are traveling or attending events</li></ul><ul><li>Must be available for domestic and international travel, including extended summer trips (1&ndash;2 months)</li></ul>⸻Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>School drop-offs and pick-ups; coordinating activities</li></ul><ul><li>Transporting children to activities and outings</li></ul><ul><li>Engaging children in age-appropriate activities (park, pool, beach, arts &amp; crafts, playtime)</li></ul><ul><li>Preparing simple, healthy meals for the children</li></ul><ul><li>Maintaining structure and consistency while keeping the children active and engaged</li></ul><ul><li>Children&rsquo;s laundry and light household organization related to the kids</li></ul><ul><li>Tidying up after the children (toys, play areas, etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>Ensuring children&rsquo;s safety at all times</li></ul><ul><li>Working as part of a team with parents and being willing to pitch in where needed</li></ul><ul><li>Occasional help with small dogs, including letting them out into the fenced yard and feeding them when parents are out of town</li></ul>⸻Requirements<ul><li>Strong experience with toddlers and preschool-aged children (child development background preferred)</li></ul><ul><li>Must be physically active and able to keep up with two young children</li></ul><ul><li>Must be comfortable around small dogs</li></ul><ul><li>Must be an excellent swimmer (pool and beach activities are part of daily life)</li></ul><ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li></ul><ul><li>Must be able to travel (passport required)</li></ul><ul><li>Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask</li></ul><ul><li>Flexible, team-oriented, and able to take initiative</li></ul><ul><li>Warm, playful, upbeat personality with a genuine love for children</li></ul>⸻Additional NotesYou should be equally comfortable working alongside both parents and, when needed, taking full charge.
