With over 20 years of experience working with dogs, our approach is rooted in positive reinforcement and fear-free methods. We offer Dog walking, pet sitting, boarding, daycare, daycare training, and dog training. Every team member is certified in Pet First Aid and CPR and trained in dog body language and behavior.

About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and animal-loving Dog Walker to join our growing team! If you enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and making tails wag, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients’ homes to provide scheduled dog walking services
• Walk dogs safely in neighborhoods
• Engage dogs in enrichment and in-home play
• Conduct “adventure walks” by transporting dogs to pre-selected trails
• Safely return dogs home and provide visit updates to clients
• Monitor behavior, health, and overall well-being

Requirements

• Ability to walk multiple miles per day
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Smartphone proficiency for scheduling and reporting
• Pass a background check
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance

Schedule

• Shifts would be 7 am-12:30 pm or 3:30 pm-9 pm
• We have three schedules available: SUN/MON/TUE/WED, WED/THU/FRI/SAT, or open availability
• Must have availability on major holidays

What We Offer

• $17 plus client gratuity, and compensation increases after training is complete
