BBQ&rsquo;s<ul><li>Clean Grills</li></ul>Pool<ul><li>Clean pool furniture</li><li>Vacuum pool</li><li>Place furniture in position</li></ul>Buildings<ul><li>Ability and willingness to perform physical tasks such as performing repairs, and clean up, etc.</li><li>Clean condominium common areas, walkway, rails, knee walls, fixtures, bathroom and sauna and elevators</li><li>Paint areas as needed, walkways, pillars, tops of walls etc.</li><li>Operate small power tools such as small floor machine, battery powered power washer, hand tools such as drill and leaf blower.</li><li>Ability to clean paint tools and put tools away and be organized.</li><li>Positive work ethic and arrive at work on time ready to begin work routine.</li><li>Must have own transportation or bus route which schedule is sufficient for travel to and from workplace.</li><li>Be able to arrive at the Association Saturday and Sunday mornings at 6:30 a.m. and no later than 7:00 a.m. To prepare pool and surrounding area for opening at 8:00 a.m.</li><li>Be available for an evening shift to check night lighting. Additionally, be available to work with Lead technician a few days during the week.
