• Ability and willingness to perform physical tasks such as performing repairs, and clean up, etc.
• Clean condominium common areas, walkway, rails, knee walls, fixtures, bathroom and sauna and elevators
• Paint areas as needed, walkways, pillars, tops of walls etc.
• Operate small power tools such as small floor machine, battery powered power washer, hand tools such as drill and leaf blower.
• Ability to clean paint tools and put tools away and be organized.
• Positive work ethic and arrive at work on time ready to begin work routine.
• Must have own transportation or bus route which schedule is sufficient for travel to and from workplace.
• Be able to arrive at the Association Saturday and Sunday mornings at 6:30 a.m. and no later than 7:00 a.m. To prepare pool and surrounding area for opening at 8:00 a.m.
• Be available for an evening shift to check night lighting. Additionally, be available to work with Lead technician a few days during the week. Total work hours to be determined.
• Some experience preferred.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
