KEY HIGHLIGHTS Industry: USA-Based Freight Forwarding (Sea &amp; Air) Shift Hours : Night Shift (07 PM till 04 AM) Working Days : Monday till Friday Experience : Minimum 8 Months to 1 + years of experience Payout slab : Commensurate to relevant skills and experienceKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain accurate SOPs for freight invoicing formats, credit notes, and debit notes aligning with USA forwarding standards. Ensure compliance with incoterms, shipping documentation norms, and cargo handling cost structures. Validate and approve SSL &amp; Airline invoices, trucking bills, warehouse/storage bills, and customs broker charges. Ensuring correct cost booking.like managing port charges, TSA fees, AMS Filings, port security surcharges, etc. Monitor and control freight cost allocation, handling charges, terminal handling fees (THC), I.T. fees, customs duties, demurrage &amp; detention Coordinate job costing and profitability analysis per shipment (Sea/Air &ndash; Import &amp; Export). Supervise customer invoicing, rate approvals, cost sheets, and ensure adherence to contractual billing terms (Prepaid / Collect shipments) Track outstanding receivables, evaluate credit limits, and implement follow-up mechanisms to reduce DSO Prepare MIS Reports, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts .Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s / Master&rsquo;s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA/MBA preferred).</li><li>Minimum 1+ years of finance experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics (Oversead trade lanes preferred).</li><li>Familarity with Import/Export documentation (BL, AWB, HBL/HAWB), Incoterms &amp; Shipping Finance workflow.</li><li>Proficient in ERP / TMS / Freight Management Software (Climax / GoFreight etc.).</li><li>Advanced MS Excel &amp; financial reporting skills.</li><li>Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have handling U.S. import/export finance operations during night shifts?
