Accounts Executive | Night Shift (Freight and Logistics) | Full Time On Site

TGS is looking for Entry to Mid Level Accounting and Finance professionals who have experience working in the USA 3PL Logistics / Trucking Industry.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 8 months to 1+ year of relevant industry experience
Familiarity with USA based U.S.A. based Freight Forwarding & Trucking
Knowledge about Climax CSUL is an add on
Must be fluent in spoken and written English

KEY HIGHLISGHTS
Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Working Days: Monday through Friday
Compensation: Starting from PKR 50,000 (Variable slab based on relevant skills and experience in 3PL night industry)
Company Conveyance : Pick & Drop for female associates only from around Gulistan e Johar only

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain accurate SOPs for freight invoicing formats, credit notes, and debit notes aligning with USA forwarding standards.
Ensure compliance with incoterms, shipping documentation norms, and cargo handling cost structures.
Validate and approve SSL & Airline invoices, trucking bills, warehouse/storage bills, and customs broker charges.
Ensuring correct cost booking like managing port charges, TSA fees, AMS Filings, port security surcharges, etc.
Monitor and control freight cost allocation, handling charges, terminal handling fees (THC), I.T. fees, customs duties, demurrage & detentionCoordinate job costing and profitability analysis per shipment (Sea/Air – Import & Export).
Supervise customer invoicing, rate approvals, cost sheets, and ensure adherence to contractual billing terms (Prepaid / Collect shipments)Track outstanding receivables, evaluate credit limits, and implement follow-up mechanisms to reduce DSO
Prepare MIS Reports, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts
