Whether you are just starting your career or already an experienced technician, we provide the training, support, and advancement opportunities to help you build a long-term career in the diesel industry.We currently have openings on both first and second shift with flexible scheduling options available.What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience and certifications</li><li>Flexible first and second shift scheduling</li><li>Paid manufacturer training and certification opportunities</li><li>Career advancement within a growing dealership</li><li>Clean, professional, team-oriented work environment</li><li>401(k) with company match up to 4%</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health Savings Account (HSA)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>12 days PTO during your first year, plus paid holidays</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on medium and heavy-duty trucks</li><li>Complete repairs according to repair order instructions and dealership quality standards</li><li>Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns efficiently and accurately</li><li>Communicate with service management regarding additional repair needs or repair timelines</li><li>Clearly document recomendations and all work performed clearly on repair orders</li><li>Maintain compliance with all safety, service, and dealership procedures</li><li>Save and tag warranty and core parts as required</li><li>Maintain accountability for dealership-owned and shared tools</li><li>Keep work areas and service bays clean and organized</li><li>Deliver professional, respectful communication with team members and customers</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diesel technician experience preferred, but not required</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain certification status with International/Navistar, Cummins, and Isuzu</li><li>Valid Class D driver&rsquo;s license required</li><li>CDL Class A or B preferred</li><li>Current or previous DOT certification preferred</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Proficiency in English communication</li></ul>Build Your Career With AstlefordAstleford International &amp; Isuzu is committed to investing in technicians who take pride in their work, value teamwork, and want to grow their careers in the diesel industry.
