Diesel Service Technician

We are growing our service team in Burnsville and are hiring Diesel Service Technicians of all experience levels. Whether you are just starting your career or already an experienced technician, we provide the training, support, and advancement opportunities to help you build a long-term career in the diesel industry.

We currently have openings on both first and second shift with flexible scheduling options available.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on medium and heavy-duty trucks
  • Complete repairs according to repair order instructions and dealership quality standards
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns efficiently and accurately
  • Communicate with service management regarding additional repair needs or repair timelines
  • Clearly document recomendations and all work performed clearly on repair orders
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, service, and dealership procedures
  • Save and tag warranty and core parts as required
  • Maintain accountability for dealership-owned and shared tools
  • Keep work areas and service bays clean and organized
  • Deliver professional, respectful communication with team members and customers

Qualifications

  • Diesel technician experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certification status with International/Navistar, Cummins, and Isuzu
  • Valid Class D driver’s license required
  • CDL Class A or B preferred
  • Current or previous DOT certification preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English communication

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
