We work with both off-plan and secondary markets and support our team with systems, training, and a strong pipeline.Role SummaryWe are hiring a Real Estate Sales Assistant to support our Sales Consultants with lead follow-up, viewings coordination, listings support, and day-to-day sales administration. This role suits someone who is organized, fast on WhatsApp and calls, and wants to grow into a full Sales Consultant position.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Follow up with inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM</li><li>Pre-qualify prospects and schedule meetings and property viewings</li><li>Support agents with listing uploads and updates (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)</li><li>Assist with documentation and transactions (client details, forms, coordination)</li><li>Track lead status and update CRM daily with clear notes and next steps</li><li>Coordinate with developers and internal teams for availability, offers, and bookings</li><li>Support negotiation and closing tasks by keeping files and timelines organized</li><li>Ensure clients receive professional, clear communication at all times</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Real estate experience in Dubai is preferred (6&ndash;12 months is ideal)</li><li>Strong English communication (additional languages are a plus)</li><li>Confident with sales follow-ups and handling objections</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads at once</li><li>Familiar with Dubai communities and property basics (off-plan and resale)</li><li>Comfortable using CRMs, WhatsApp Business, and listing portals</li><li>UAE driving license is preferred</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Basic salary plus commission</li><li>Total monthly earnings up to AED 15,000 based on experience and performance</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A structured environment with clear expectations and support</li><li>Training, scripts, systems, and real workflows (not guesswork)</li><li>Career progression into a full Sales Consultant role for top performers</li><li>A team culture focused on accountability, speed, and results</li></ul>How to ApplySend your CV with the subject line: Real Estate Sales Assistant &ndash; Aston Gate Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
