Compensation: base + commission (OTE AED 12,000–15,000/month for strong performers including commission)

The Role

We’re hiring a client-facing Sales Assistant to work directly with the CEO in a high-performance real estate environment. This is not a back-office admin role. You will be speaking with clients, managing follow-ups, attending viewings, supporting negotiations, and learning the real estate business at speed.

If you are sharp, confident, presentable, and hungry to grow into a serious real estate career, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with new and existing clients (calls, WhatsApp, meetings)
• Qualify leads and book meetings/viewings for the CEO
• Attend property viewings and client meetings when required
• Follow up consistently and keep leads warm until closing
• Support deal flow: coordination, reminders, client updates, next steps
• Keep communication professional, fast, and organized
• Learn the market and build the skills to progress into a higher role
