Job Summary Answer Phones - Customer Service and Tech Questions related to our motorcycle parts; Process Warranties; Order Processing Support and Invoicing / Shipping Support; Walk-in Sales / Warranties. Looking for problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset. Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations calmly. Basic computer proficiency. High School diploma or GED required; additional education or training is a bonus.Motorcycle Enthusiast is a Must!This is not a remote position.Responsibilities<ul><li>Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Assist clients with account management, order processing, and troubleshooting to ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct outbound calls for follow-up, feedback collection, or promotional outreach as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive customer experiences.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client support.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong service aptitude with the ability to problem solve issues with products/services confidently.</li><li>Proven experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening capabilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and accounting computer skills for efficient data management.</li><li>Attention to detail in data entry, analysis skills for understanding customer trends, and effective call handling techniques are essential.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
