Motorcycle Parts Specialist (Customer Service Representative)

Job Summary
Answer Phones - Customer Service and Tech Questions related to our motorcycle parts; Process Warranties; Order Processing Support and Invoicing / Shipping Support; Walk-in Sales / Warranties. Looking for problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset. Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations calmly. Basic computer proficiency. High School diploma or GED required; additional education or training is a bonus.

Motorcycle Enthusiast is a Must!

This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist clients with account management, order processing, and troubleshooting to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct outbound calls for follow-up, feedback collection, or promotional outreach as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client support.

Skills

  • Strong service aptitude with the ability to problem solve issues with products/services confidently.
  • Proven experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and accounting computer skills for efficient data management.
  • Attention to detail in data entry, analysis skills for understanding customer trends, and effective call handling techniques are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
