A Day in the Life</b></h3><p>
You&rsquo;ll begin with a walkthrough of the site&mdash;checking building systems, scanning for issues, and logging observations. Service tickets roll in: a malfunctioning HVAC unit, a lighting circuit to troubleshoot, a plumbing leak to repair. You&rsquo;ll document the work you complete, coordinate with teammates on larger efforts, and ensure everything aligns with safety standards. Throughout the day, you&rsquo;ll also assist with equipment setups and ongoing upkeep so operations never miss a beat.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Carry out routine inspections across the facility to spot and address maintenance needs early.</li><li>
Diagnose and repair building equipment, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.</li><li>
Respond quickly to maintenance requests from staff and leadership.</li><li>
Keep thorough records of all work performed and parts used.</li><li>
Support installation, setup, and ongoing maintenance of facility systems and equipment.</li><li>
Uphold safety policies and regulatory requirements at all times.</li><li>

What You&rsquo;ll Bring</b></h3><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical certifications are a plus.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in facility maintenance or a related trade.</li><li>
Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC fundamentals.</li><li>
Sharp troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Comfort working independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Clear communicator with a service-first mindset.</li><li>
