<li>Proven experience with troubleshooting industrial equipment issues</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and repair instructions</li>
<li>Boiler and chiller maintenance experience is a plus</li>
<li>Present and on time every day</li>
</ul>
