 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 As an Associate, you will connect our clients with experts. Your responsibilities include:

 Understanding Client Needs:
 
 Gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and identify relevant experts to meet those needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Expert Sourcing and Onboarding:
 
 Source and onboard experts for specific projects, ensuring their engagement for future opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Communication and Outreach Skills:
 
 Develop both internal and external communication and outreach skills, including cold calls, emails, and more.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Adaptability:
 
 Adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of our client-driven environment, where speed is a critical success factor.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Client Excellence:
 
 Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing accurate expert recommendations and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

 Interview Process
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 1st Stage Interview:
 
 Once we have reviewed your application, we will invite you to a 45-minute first stage interview with a member of the Talent team to further understand your motivations for joining us and assess your understanding of Atheneum and the role.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 2nd Stage Interview:
 
 At stage two, you will meet with two of our first line Managers who will ask you further questions about your experience and interest in Atheneum, you will also participate in a short Case Study discussion. This interview will last approximately 60 minutes.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 3rd Stage Interview:
 
 The third and final stage interview will be with two Account Managers who will conduct a Mock Negotiation Call with you and ask you any outstanding questions the team may have. This interview will also last approximately 60 minutes.
 </li>
