 About the Surveys Team:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We design and deliver custom surveys for consulting and life sciences clients to provide valuable data. Our insights support clients in validating ideas, evaluating markets, and making informed decisions efficiently. As a Project Manager, Surveys, you will lead survey research projects from initiation to completion-overseeing timelines, communications, data quality, and revenue reporting-while serving as the primary liaison between clients and the programming team. You will also develop research and recruitment strategies, ensure compliance, manage project profitability, and recommend ways to optimize resource allocation and improve conversion.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Role:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Manage survey research projects end-to-end, including timelines, communications, data review, and revenue reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Design research and recruitment strategies for assigned projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee project profitability and work to increase conversion rates
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full compliance and identify opportunities to improve resource use
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We're Looking For:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2-3 years in Market Research, Commercial, or Business Development roles, preferably with multinational clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (complex data analytics not required)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and in teams, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
 </li>

 About the Role:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Client Invoicing:
 
 Draft, review, and process accurate client invoices in line with project deliverables and contractual terms, ensuring timely dispatch and proper documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Revenue Recognition:
 
 Verify that revenue is recorded accurately and in the correct period, flag discrepancies, and coordinate with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal booking standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration:
 
 Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure all billing information &mdash; including project details, rates, and engagement data &mdash; is complete, current, and validated before invoicing.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collections &amp; AR Management:
 
 Monitor outstanding receivables, track incoming payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on overdue balances in a timely manner. Act as a point of contact for client and contractor billing inquiries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Platform &amp; Records Maintenance:
 
 Keep client records, payment statuses, and billing information up to date within the company platform, ensuring data integrity across all AR-related entries
 </li>

 0 &ndash; 1 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related finance role; internship experience is also relevant.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with billing or ERP systems is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear and professional written communication skills, particularly for client-facing correspondence.
 </li>
