 As a Business Development Associate in our Lahore office, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and positioning Atheneum as the go-to expert network for organizations worldwide.
 
 
 This role is ideal for ambitious professionals with a passion for business development, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and engage with prospective clients across various industries and regions.

 Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with global teams to align strategies and share best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use insights to tailor client pitches and demonstrate the value of Atheneum&rsquo;s services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate and close contracts effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Client Services teams to ensure client needs are met seamlessly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM tools.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A master&rsquo;s degree is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
 </li>
