About the Role:

• Client Invoicing: Draft, review, and process accurate client invoices in line with project deliverables and contractual terms, ensuring timely dispatch and proper documentation.
• Revenue Recognition: Verify that revenue is recorded accurately and in the correct period, flag discrepancies, and coordinate with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal booking standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure all billing information — including project details, rates, and engagement data — is complete, current, and validated before invoicing.
• Collections & AR Management: Monitor outstanding receivables, track incoming payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on overdue balances in a timely manner. Act as a point of contact for client and contractor billing inquiries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
• Platform & Records Maintenance: Keep client records, payment statuses, and billing information up to date within the company platform, ensuring data integrity across all AR-related entries

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0 – 1 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related finance role; internship experience is also relevant.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with billing or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Clear and professional written communication skills, particularly for client-facing correspondence.
