About ADCAthlete Development Club (ADC) is a growing athletic training company focused on developing speed, strength, and soccer performance for players ages 10&ndash;18. We run high-level training sessions, clinics, and events across New Jersey and capture content that reflects our athletes&rsquo; growth, environment, and culture.We are looking for a creative, reliable intern to help produce high-quality photo and video content for our brand.Role SummaryThe Photographer/Videographer Intern will attend training sessions, clinics, and events to shoot dynamic content, edit short-form videos, and help create visual stories that highlight our athletes and coaches. This role is ideal for someone who wants sports content experience and a strong portfolio.Responsibilities<ul><li>Attend weekly training sessions or events to capture photos and videos</li><li>Film drills, highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, and coaching interactions</li><li>Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)</li><li>Organize and deliver content in a timely manner</li><li>Work with our social media and coaching teams to plan content themes</li><li>Maintain a clean, professional presence at all sessions</li><li>Occasionally assist in creating graphic or branded content (optional, not required)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience shooting photos or video (phone or camera both acceptable for internship)</li><li>Basic editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or similar)</li><li>Strong eye for storytelling, action shots, and clean framing</li><li>Ability to capture movement and fast-paced environments</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Strong communication and ability to work in a live training environment</li><li>Passion for sports, fitness, or working with athletes is a plus</li></ul>Bonus (not required):<ul><li>Ability to create motion graphics or simple overlays</li><li>Experience with sports photography/videography</li><li>Familiarity with social media trends and editing styles</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Gain<ul><li>Hands-on experience shooting live sports training</li><li>Portfolio-ready content with real athletes and coaches</li><li>Opportunity to learn creative direction &amp; social media strategy</li><li>Mentorship + reference letters</li><li>Potential for paid work as ADC expands (content creator, media lead, etc.)</li></ul>ScheduleFlexible &mdash; typically 1&ndash;2 sessions per week Weekend availability is a plus but not requiredPay: $1.00 - $15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
