Athlete Development Club (ADC) is a growing athletic training company focused on developing speed, strength, and soccer performance for players ages 10–18. We run high-level training sessions, clinics, and events across New Jersey and capture content that reflects our athletes’ growth, environment, and culture.

We are looking for a creative, reliable intern to help produce high-quality photo and video content for our brand.

Role Summary

The Photographer/Videographer Intern will attend training sessions, clinics, and events to shoot dynamic content, edit short-form videos, and help create visual stories that highlight our athletes and coaches. This role is ideal for someone who wants sports content experience and a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly training sessions or events to capture photos and videos
• Film drills, highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, and coaching interactions
• Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Organize and deliver content in a timely manner
• Work with our social media and coaching teams to plan content themes
• Maintain a clean, professional presence at all sessions
• Occasionally assist in creating graphic or branded content (optional, not required)

Qualifications

• Experience shooting photos or video (phone or camera both acceptable for internship)
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or similar)
• Strong eye for storytelling, action shots, and clean framing
• Ability to capture movement and fast-paced environments
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and ability to work in a live training environment
• Passion for sports, fitness, or working with athletes is a plus

Bonus (not required):

• Ability to create motion graphics or simple overlays
• Experience with sports photography/videography
• Familiarity with social media trends and editing styles

Schedule

Flexible — typically 1–2 sessions per week
Weekend availability is a plus but not required

Pay: $1.00 - $15.00 per hour
