We&rsquo;re looking for a sharp, trend-driven Social, TikTok &amp; Ecommerce Content Manager to lead our digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, Shopify, and email. This is an edgy retail brand. The content needs to feel current, effortless, and culturally aware. Not overproduced. Not corporate.You will own the full digital experience from content to conversion, including TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop, with a focus on building content that drives real engagement and sales.Responsiblities<ul><li>Own and optimize TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop (product tagging, collections, merchandising, performance)</li><li>Lead TikTok-first content strategy and execute high-performing short-form video</li><li>Plan, shoot, edit, and post daily content (Reels, Stories, TikToks)</li><li>Move fast on trends, sounds, and cultural moments</li><li>Run and optimize Shopify site (product listings, descriptions, imagery, merchandising)</li><li>Write and manage product copy that aligns with brand voice and sells</li><li>Execute email campaigns tied to product drops and promotions</li><li>Monitor performance using analytics tools (social + site) and adjust based on what converts</li><li>Engage in social listening to stay ahead of trends, feedback, and brand perception</li><li>Support paid social efforts and content for ads when needed</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams or partners to keep brand messaging consistent</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong instinct for TikTok and Instagram trends</li><li>Experience with TikTok Shop and/or Instagram Shop</li><li>Proven ability to create content that performs and drives sales</li><li>Experience with Shopify (required)</li><li>Ability to create photo and video content (editing required, tools flexible)</li><li>Understanding of analytics, performance tracking, and what actually converts</li><li>Strong eye for visual consistency and brand storytelling</li><li>Ability to move fast, manage multiple priorities, and execute without hand-holding</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must live within 20 miles of Midtown Atlanta</li><li>Must be on-site regularly for content capture (not remote)</li><li>Portfolio must include short-form video and social content</li></ul>Pay: $65,000.00 - $104,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
