We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales of raw bulk materials, building materials, and abrasives, with strong market knowledge and the ability to generate and close new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales and revenue goals.</li><li>Identify and secure new clients through proactive market research, field visits, and relationship building.</li><li>Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activities.</li><li>Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and product presentations.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and finalize deals in alignment with company policies and profit goals.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular performance reports to management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus).</li><li>Minimum 3 years of sales experience in raw materials, building materials, abrasives, or related industries.</li><li>Proven ability to develop new business and achieve/exceed sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong market knowledge of construction and industrial materials.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (preferred).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
