We are hiring a results-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in raw bulk materials, building materials, and abrasives. The ideal candidate will have solid market knowledge, a proven sales record, and the ability to generate new business while managing existing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets
- Identify and secure new clients through market research, site visits, and lead generation
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure repeat business
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product information
- Negotiate prices and close deals in line with company policies
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in raw materials, building materials, abrasives, or similar industries
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the UAE construction and industrial materials market
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
