Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Key Account Manager
to manage and grow relationships with key clients at
SPPC/ENPI Group
. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of
flexible and rigid packaging solutions
, including cling films, aluminum foils, plastic containers, and paper-based products. Familiarity with PET packaging and closures will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers and prospective clients within the assigned territory or market segment.

Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Business Development:
-
Identify new business opportunities and implement strategic plans to penetrate target markets.
-
Research and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

Sales Execution:
-
Promote and sell company products through a consultative, relationship-based approach.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and technical features of our packaging solutions.

Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their operational and business requirements.

Proposal & Negotiation:

Prepare clear, detailed, and persuasive proposals for current and prospective clients.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals while maintaining profitability.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution:

Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Management, Finance, Procurement and Operations) to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

Sales Planning & Reporting:

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve assigned targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Product Knowledge & Marketing Support:

Stay updated on product specifications, industry standards, and emerging trends in packaging solutions.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Minimum 6 years proven experience in sales or key account management within the packaging or plastic manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of Cling Film & Wraps, Aluminum Products, Plastic Products, Paper Products, and preferably PET packaging and closures
.

Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
