Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. In this vital role, you will lead early childhood education initiatives, develop creative curricula, and support the holistic development of preschool children. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help lay a strong foundation for children&rsquo;s academic and social success, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and excited to learn every day.Duties<ul><li>Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, incorporating curriculum development, literacy education, math, physical education, and hands on learning methods.</li><li>Create a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes positive behavior management and supports children&rsquo;s emotional well-being.</li><li>Lead classroom activities that foster childhood development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains.</li><li>Collaborate with families to communicate children&rsquo;s progress, address individual needs including special education and early intervention strategies, and promote child welfare.</li><li>Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom staff to ensure effective classroom management and high-quality childcare.</li><li>Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student progress, behavior reports, and compliance documentation in accordance with licensing requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior classroom management experience is essential.</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention techniques, literacy education, math instruction, and ECE methods.</li><li>Familiarity with special education practices and behavior management strategies to support diverse learners.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop engaging curricula that incorporate physical activity, arts, literacy, and STEM concepts suitable for toddlers through preschoolers.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and community partners.</li><li>Certification in early childhood education or equivalent credentials preferred; additional training in special education or child welfare is a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering a joyful learning environment.
