<div><b>The Opportunity</b><br>

<div>We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and people-first HR Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This fully remote role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats - supporting recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations across a portfolio of behavioral health clients.<br>

<div>You'll work closely with our HR team to keep our people operations running smoothly, serve as a point of contact for candidates and new hires, and help maintain accurate records and documentation across multiple platforms. </div></div><p><b>What You'll Do</b></p><br>
<ul><li>HR operations and record keeping<br>
</li>
<li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS platforms<br>
</li>
<li>Maintain and organize digital personnel files in compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations<br>
</li>
<li>Support benefits enrollment processes and respond to basic employee inquiries, escalating as needed<br>
</li>
<li>Assist in preparing and tracking HR documentation, including offer letters, employment verifications, and policy acknowledgments</li><br>
</ul><p><b>Onboarding and compliance</b></p><br>
<ul><li>Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires across multiple client organizations<br>
</li>
<li>Follow up with hiring managers to ensure onboarding tasks are completed on time<br>
</li>
<li>Support I-9 and E-Verify completion in accordance with federal requirements<br>
</li>
<li>Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and in compliance with HIPAA standards</li><br>
</ul><p><b>Recruiting support</b></p><br>
<ul><li>Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates<br>
</li>
<li>Conduct pre-screen interviews and document candidate feedback in the applicant tracking system (ATS)<br>
</li>
<li>Help prepare job postings and maintain candidate pipelines across active requisitions</li><br>
</ul><p><b>General HR support</b></p><br>
<ul><li>Assist the HR team with audits, tracker maintenance, and ad hoc reporting<br>
</li>
<li>Pitch in on special projects and process improvement initiatives as they arise<br>
</li>
<li>Help ensure HR workflows stay organized and nothing falls through the cracks<br>
</li>
<li>Update projects using ZohoProjects</li><br>

<p>Required</p><br>
<ul><li>Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field)<br>
</li>
<li>2 or more years of experience in an HR, administrative, or recruiting support role<br>
</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)<br>
</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<br>
</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills<br>
</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment<br>
</li>
<li>Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately<br>
</li>
<li>Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace</li><br>
</ul><p>Preferred</p><br>
<ul><li>Experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Gusto, BambooHR, or OnPay<br>
</li>
<li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Zoho Recruit or similar)<br>
</li>
<li>Knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, and multi-state HR compliance requirements<br>
</li>
<li>Experience supporting onboarding workflows across multiple locations or organizations<br>
</li>
<li>Prior exposure to behavioral health, healthcare, or other regulated industries.</li><br>
