Job Role: HR Recruiter &ndash; Interior Firm Responsibilities: Source and hire designers, site supervisors, sales, and production staff. Coordinate with departments to meet manpower needs. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. Maintain candidate database and employee records. Support HR operations, documentation, and employee engagement. Skills Required: Strong communication and networking. Knowledge of interior or construction industry preferred. Organized, proactive, and people-focused.
