<ul><li>Handle daily office administration and documentation for vessel operations</li><li>Coordinate with ship crews, port agents, and offshore teams</li><li>Maintain and organize vessel files, certificates, and compliance records</li><li>Assist in crew documentation (joining, rotation, travel papers)</li><li>Prepare reports related to vessel schedules, operations, and logistics</li><li>Manage emails, calls, and communication with local and international partners</li><li>Support chartering/operations team with paperwork and updates</li><li>Track supplies, marine stores, and requisition requests when needed</li><li>Ensure all documents comply with maritime regulations and company policies</li></ul><p>Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
