Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified seafarers and shore-based personnel to support our growing fleet and operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for vessel and office positions.</li><li>Source qualified seafarers through databases, online platforms, and local manning agencies.</li><li>Conduct initial screening, interviews, and document verification of applicants.</li><li>Coordinate with crewing managers and vessel departments for crew deployment and rotation schedules.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and maritime regulations (STCW, MLC, etc.).</li><li>Maintain and update the crew database and personnel records.</li><li>Assist in preparing employment contracts and other related documents.</li><li>Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Maritime Studies, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 1&ndash;2 years of experience in recruitment or crewing (preferably in the shipping/maritime industry).</li><li>Strong understanding of maritime documentation and certification requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR or crewing software.</li></ul>URGENT HIRING !!!Send your CV to:<ul><li>hrapproval@ams-maritime.com</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
