Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role will eventually convert into a marketing manager position as we grow as a company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and analytics to help enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about marketing to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to various projects including social media, SEO, advertising, and content marketing.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in developing and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, email, print, and digital platforms.</li><li>Support SEO efforts by optimizing website content and conducting keyword research to improve search engine rankings.</li><li>Manage social media marketing initiatives on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including content creation and scheduling.</li><li>Contribute to content marketing strategies by writing compelling copy for blogs, newsletters, advertisements, and product descriptions.</li><li>Help coordinate advertising sales efforts and create engaging promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords; prepare reports to inform future strategies.</li><li>Support e-commerce initiatives by managing product listings on WordPress websites and optimizing user experience through HTML adjustments.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities in B2B and B2C markets.</li><li>Assist with marketing automation tasks such as email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation.</li><li>Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience or coursework in digital marketing, content marketing, or related fields.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO best practices, social media marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content.</li><li>Knowledge of WordPress CMS, HTML basics, and print advertising is a plus.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to target audiences.</li><li>Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A proactive attitude with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
