Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role will eventually convert into a marketing manager position as we grow as a company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and analytics to help enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple channels. Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, email, print, and digital platforms.
- Support SEO efforts by optimizing website content and conducting keyword research to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage social media marketing initiatives on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including content creation and scheduling.
- Contribute to content marketing strategies by writing compelling copy for blogs, newsletters, advertisements, and product descriptions.
- Help coordinate advertising sales efforts and create engaging promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by managing product listings on WordPress websites and optimizing user experience through HTML adjustments.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities in B2B and B2C markets.
- Assist with marketing automation tasks such as email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience or coursework in digital marketing, content marketing, or related fields.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, social media marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content.
- Knowledge of WordPress CMS, HTML basics, and print advertising is a plus.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to target audiences.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
