National Marketing Coordinator – The Dinerstein Companies – Houston, TX
The Dinerstein Companies (TDC) is seeking a Houston-based National Marketing Coordinator to support a portfolio of student housing and conventional multifamily properties. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Management Services and works closely with Portfolio Directors, Strategy Managers, and onsite teams to implement innovative marketing strategies that drive leasing and financial performance. The Marketing Coordinator is a key member of our corporate support team, contributing creative ideas and project management expertise in a fast paced, team-centric environment.
Core Responsibilities
The National Marketing Coordinator will have a portfolio consisting of student housing and conventional housing communities within The Dinerstein Companies’ growing portfolio. This individual will collaborate closely with the company’s VP’s, Portfolio Directors, Strategy Managers, Community Managers and management services teams to ensure the successful leasing and marketing of the property.
