Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives and campaigns, contributing to our overall marketing strategy. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as you will assist in executing multichannel marketing efforts, analyzing performance metrics, and creating engaging content across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and print advertising.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Support SEO efforts by optimizing website content and ensuring best practices are followed for improved search engine visibility.
- Create compelling content for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and support advertising sales initiatives.
- Assist in managing the company’s website using WordPress; basic HTML knowledge is a plus for making updates.
- Help coordinate product management tasks and budgeting for marketing projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, B2B marketing, and performance marketing.
Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials is highly desirable.
- Experience with multichannel marketing strategies and tools for effective campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of Google AdWords for managing online advertising campaigns effectively.
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating persuasive content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
